Services

Embrace offers comprehensive neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations (Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, communication disorders, intellectual disabilities, mood disorders, behavior disorders, anxiety, PTSD, etc.) for children and adults.

Therapy services are on a case-by-case basis due to the practice's primary focus on evaluation and limited availability. However, Embrace offers this service for children and adults as well.

As a client-focused practice, we are committed to:

  • Diagnosing and creating effective treatment plans

  • Partnering with clients and families, their referral sources, and other care team members (e.g., school teams)

  • Helping clients and families achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall quality of living

All evaluations are completed by the combined efforts of a doctoral level licensed clinical psychologist and a doctoral level school psychologist (with additional graduate-level clinical training).* For school-aged children, this approach allows for diagnostic clarity about a child's development as well as relevant parenting and educational resources and recommendations for the child, their family, and school team. As a result, evaluations completed by EPS can be a relevant component of a school-based special education team meeting.

*Our psychologists graduated from APA and NASP Accredited programs.

Emergencies/Limits of Services

EPS providers do not provide emergency services. EPS is a private practice, not an agency or hospital setting. If a client or the client’s responsible party finds their ward to be in a life-threatening situation, it is their responsibility to take the necessary steps to keep the client safe, up to and including calling 911, going to the emergency room, or calling the Colorado Crisis Service hotline 1-844-493-TALK (8255) immediately. You are solely responsible for all costs resulting from such care.
